About Manvir Singh
I’m an entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in the finance industry, but more importantly, I’m someone who believes in people and in the power of community.
My career began with ten formative years at some of Australia’s leading banks, where I gained a strong foundation in finance and a deep understanding of how life-changing financial decisions can be for individuals and families. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of running my own finance broking firm, working with clients from all walks of life—ranging from high-net-worth individuals to first-home buyers. Along the way, I’ve witnessed the hopes, challenges, and resilience of people, and these experiences have shaped not just my professional path but also my values.
This industry has taught me empathy, gratitude, and the importance of staying grounded. I’ve come to believe wholeheartedly that every significant change begins with one simple act of kindness. Guided by this belief, and supported by my family, I joined hands with three close friends who shared the same passion for giving back. Together, we founded BCause, a community initiative that is very close to my heart and reflects the values we all stand for.
Beyond work, I seek balance and creativity through reading, journaling, and painting—practices that help me reflect and stay centered. To maintain both physical and mental strength, I practice mindfulness and strength training, which allow me to show up as my best self for my family, my clients, and my community. I also have a love for exploring new ideas, cultures, and experiences, which fuel my curiosity and broaden my perspective.
For me, every day is more than just another opportunity to do business. It is a chance to connect with people, to learn something new, and to make a positive impact in someone’s life. That is what drives me, both as a professional and as a person.
